- Birth Certificate: An original copy of the birth certificate in Arabic certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Egyptian Embassy.
- Passport Copy: A copy of the first three pages (Bio inofmration) of the student's passport.
- Personal Photos: Submission of six recent personal photos with a white background.
- Parental Passport Copies: Copies of the father's and mother's passports (Bio information).
- Power of Attorney: Submission of a power of attorney, duly authenticated by a notary public, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Egyptian Embassy. This legal document authorizes a designated individual to submit documents on behalf of the student.
