  • Certified Copy of Passport: Provide a certified copy of the passport by the Jordanian Passports department and Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
  • Original Birth Certificate: Submit an original birth certificate in English, certified by the Jordanian Foreign Ministry.
  • Disease-Free Certificate: Include a disease-free certificate from the Ministry of Health, certified by the Jordanian Ministry of Health and Foreign Affairs.
  • AIDS-Free Certificate: Submit an AIDS-free certificate certified by the Jordanian Ministry of Health and Foreign Affairs.
  • Recent Personal Color Photo: Provide six recent personal color photos sized 35 x 45 mm.
  • Bank Statement: Furnish a bank statement for the last three months from the bank of the individual responsible for covering the study costs.
